This blog was originally made using Hugo, I had made the theme myself and it looked ugly. This year at my work we moved away from WordPress to a static site. When it came to porting the news section (mainly for less broken links) we tried Eleventy. This was mainly due to this cool idea of mashing template languages in a flexible way, which would be good idea with potential future editors. I liked it!
I decided to refactor this website to use Eleventy too. I've removed features such as comments and some posts that were not that good. I also did a major cosmetic overhaul, via Claude, to more match my terminal aesthetic I was going for. This is the colorscheme I use everywhere; desktop, terminal, editor. This shift is still a work in progress.
